The jewel that I wanted to order is out of stock. Is it possible to pre-order it?
We do not offer pre-orders, but if you indicate on the product sheet that you wish to be informed when the part is back in stock, we will send you an email when it is restocked.
The restocking usually takes place once a year and is not done on all models. It will therefore be necessary to be patient or orient yourself on another model.

Keep in mind that all of our models are produced in very small series and can quickly be out of stock following restocking, which can lead to a long wait.
Which ring size to choose?
You can refer to our size guide and / or get our ring sizer which will allow you to accurately measure the size of each of your fingers.
Usually two sizes can fit on the same finger.
Are there several sizes of rods?
All our bangles are one size, they are shaped to be adjustable to all wrists.
Do you have a store or can we find you in store?

Are your jewelry resistant to water (shower, swimming pool, sea, etc.)?
Silver is a precious metal, it can react with water by oxidizing.
Oxidized jewelry is recoverable, however we do not recommend too frequent contact of your jewelry with water.
Are your jewelry turning black?
Silver can oxidize over time, depending on the acidity of the skin, exposure to light, or contact with water or chemicals. However, if you follow our advice and maintain your jewelry regularly, you will ensure a long life for it.

Where are your jewelry made?
Our jewelry is handcrafted by Mexican artisans inheriting multi-generational know-how.
What if my order does not suit me?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return your parts to us. The refund will be made upon receipt from our side.
Do you have sales or do you have promo codes?
Because we practice fair prices all year round on hand-crafted pieces, we never have sales and do not offer coupon codes.

We deliver internationally, with varying deadlines. Information about our delivery policy can be found here.
What are the delivery times ?
In France, delivery times are between 48h and 72h depending on the delivery method chosen. For international purposes, it takes between 5 and 15 days depending on the country.
What are the delivery methods?
In France, you have the choice between tracked or registered mail, the latter being more secure but a little longer.
Internationally, all orders are sent by registered mail.
Can I collect my order in Paris?
Yes, we suggest that you come and pick up your orders within 48 hours in the 13th or 8th arrondissement of Paris (please contact us beforehand because the place of collection is not the same from one day to the next)
Is my jewelry guaranteed?
We use premium quality solid silver which guarantees a long life for your jewelry. In the rare event that you encounter a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If the deterioration is due to an error in handling, failure to follow maintenance advice or abnormal use, we cannot be held responsible.
