No complaint will be accepted on this delivery method if the courier is indicated as delivered or if the address indicated is incorrect.
Registered mail with signature (2 to 5 working days): € 6 for orders under € 150
Delivery by registered mail is offered to you from 150 € of purchase
Paris 48h withdrawal : this delivery method allows you to pick up your orders for free in Paris by appointment in the 13th or 8th arrondissements, depending on the day.

Returns
Returns are your responsibility and must be done via La Poste (returns that will be made in relay point will not be taken into account, thank you for your understanding) by registered mail except for international orders where we will send you a return slip, the cost of which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
If you wish to return part or all of your order, please contact us using the "Contact us" form as soon as possible (within 7 days) after receiving your package. No refund will be made if we have not received this email.
The address to which to return the unsuitable item (s) will be given to you by return email.

You have fourteen (14) days after receipt of your order to communicate your return request by email and to return your purchases to us for a refund if they are not suitable.
No refund will be processed if the return package has been shipped after this fourteen (14) day period. Be sure to keep your proof of posting.
Likewise, in the return package, the returned jewelry must be in their original condition, unworn. They must also be properly packed in their original packaging so as not to be damaged during transport. Please insert the delivery slip inside the package. Without this, the refund cannot be made.
The refund will be made upon receipt of your package by the payment method used when ordering.
